Neuroanatomy of a Dactylogyrid monogenean, from gold fish Carassius auratus, Nilsson, from Meerut (U. P.), India

Abstract: Chemical named 5-bromo indoxyl acetate has been used to describe the nervous system of anoviparous Dactylogyridmonogenean PellucidhaptorPrice and Mizelle (1964), a gill parasite of Carassius auratus. Central nervous system consists of paired cerebral ganglia from which anterior and posterior neuronal pathways arise. These neuronal pathways are interlinked by cross connectives and commissures. Paired dorsal, ventral and lateral nerve cords emanate from the cerebral ganglia, connected at intervals by transverse … Show more

“…Very recently, various properties of CrAlB, Cr 2 AlB 2 , and Cr 3 AlB 4 have also been studied. [22][23][24][25] Above mentioned transition metal aluminum boride compounds possess damage tolerance, good thermal shock resistance, [21] oxidation resistance at high temperature, high hardness, high melting point, [26] low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal, and electrical conductivity. [20] These extra-ordinary physical properties make them eligible candidate for applications in energy generation as solar thermal absorbers, [27] construction of sharp, and leading edges of hypersonic as well as space vehicles.…”
