Neurobiological and genetic correlates of the dissociative subtype of posttraumatic stress disorder.

Abstract: Approximately 10%–30% of individuals with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) exhibit a dissociative subtype of the condition defined by symptoms of depersonalization and derealization.
