Neurofeedback for Chemotherapy Induced Neuropathic Symptoms: A Case Study

Abstract: This case report highlights qEEG and LORETA measures as well as training protocols for a client experiencing self-reported chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). Specifically, we were interested in whether or not the presentation of visual changes secondary to chemotherapy would be responsive to neurofeedback training (NFB). After 20 sessions of NFB, the client reported improvement in all reported symptoms of neuropathy, although her vision did not improve as drastically as the other symptoms.
