Abstract: We are writing to commend the on the publication of the recently published article by Drs. Rejagopalans and Sarwal (1) in Critical Care Medicine. It was an insightful and informative piece, providing a comprehensive overview of the benefits and challenges of utilizing neuromonitoring in critically ill patients. The significance of this review lies in highlighting the need to expand the scope of critical care beyond the traditional focus
