Neuromyelitis Optica Mimicking Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy

Abstract: The differentiation between Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) and cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) is necessary, because both diseases have similar symptoms, such as motor weakness and sensory disturbances.
