Abstract:Background and objective: Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) is a rare immune-mediated demyelinating disease of the central nervous system (CNS). There is a lack of reports of sick sinus syndrome (SSS) associated with NMOSD; thus, we hereby report two cases of patients with NMOSD who developed SSS.
