Abstract: Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most prevalent primary intracranial tumor. Temozolomide (TMZ) is the first‐line chemotherapy for GBM. Nonetheless, the development of TMZ resistance has become a main cause of treatment failure in GBM patients.
