Neuropsychology of Child Maltreatment and Implications for School Psychologists

Abstract: Child maltreatment has the potential to alter a child's neurodevelopmental trajectory and substantially increase the risk of later psychiatric disorders, as well as to deleteriously impact neurocognitive functioning throughout the lifespan.
