Abstract: Sarcoidosis is a multisystemic, noncaseating granulomatous disease of unknown etiology. Neurosarcoidosis (NS) is the involvement of the central nervous system (CNS) in sarcoidosis, and it occurs in approximately 5%-10% of cases.
