Abstract: Neutrophilic Eccrine Hidradenitis (NEH) is a rare inflammatory neutrophilic dermatosis that primarily affects eccrine sweat glands. Although it has been described in various malignancies and with therapeutic agents, it is most frequently associated with cytarabine-based induction chemotherapy for acute myelogenous leukemia.
