New Approach for Charge Transport Mechanisms in the Atmospheric Pressure Cold Plasma Device with Porous Zeolite

Abstract: The pressure‐driven charge transport processes in dc microdischarges with a nanoporous zeolite cathode (ZC) examined according to enhanced effect of electric field.
