New bounds of increasing multi-state consecutive k-out-of-r-from-n:F system by applying the third order Boole-Bonferroni bounds

Abstract: The multi-state consecutive k-out-of-r-from-n: F system model consists of n linearly ordered components where the system and its components may be in one of the possible states: 0, 1, …, M. Such model can be used in oil pipeline systems, telecommunication systems, and mobile communication systems.
