New combined method for low energy consumption in Wireless Sensor Network applications

Abstract: Over the past few years the applications for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have grown at an ever-increasing rate. However, the evolution of those networks has been reduced by the energy scarcity. It retards the development of the WSN performances required while exploring new applications and improving the WSN potential. Besides, in order to design energy-efficient solutions, it is important to take into account the power dissipation due to noncompliance with time constraints. As a result, we will provide a m… Show more

“…The energy of WSN data transmission nodes is limited. If the transmission process consumes a lot of energy, it will interfere with the normal operation of the network and affect the effect of the intrusion detection system [17]. Therefore, it is necessary to design a reasonable routing protocol to reduce the energy consumption of the data transmission process and ensure the performance of the WSN intrusion detection system.…”

“…When the wind power is in peak valley and the load is in low valley, it will cause the reverse peak regulation of the system. However, due to the technical limitation of the minimum start and stop of the conventional units, the output cannot be reduced when the load is low, and the wind abandonment of the wind farm will increase significantly [11]. When the load is at the peak and valley and the wind power is at the trough, the system reserve is insufficient and peak regulation is difficult [12].…”

“…IoT devices with cellular connections are projected to reach 1.5 billion in 2022 or around 70% of a wide-area IoT category. In fact, the IoT is supported by an alliance of key assets, including the massive proliferation of smart devices, the confluence of low-cost technologies such as sensors, large amount of data (Big Data), High Performance Computing capabilities (HPC) and Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) [6][7][8]. In the context of WSNs, the cloud architecture is designed to monitor, control and record many wireless sensor nodes [9,10].…”
