New Data on Hydrochemical and Isotopic Composition of the Therapeutic Water in the Iwonicz-Zdrój – rudawka Rymanowska Anticline

Abstract: The mineralization of the therapeutic water in the Iwonicz-Zdrój – Rudawka Rymanowska Antycline varies between 1.24 and 19.25 g/dm3. There are two hydrogeochemical types of the water: Cl–HCO3– Na (extracted in most of the studied intakes), and HCO3– Cl–Na. Most of them contain specific components like I and CO2. The studies point, with great probability, to the presence of four various components: diagenetic, relict marine (?), of present-day infiltration, and of older infiltration.
