The kinetics of the ionic channels of Sertoli cells coordinate rapid response events, such as the control of plasma membrane potential, by influencing Na + -K + -ATPase [3][4][5][6], the activities of enzymes that are located at the plasma membrane [4], cell secretion as well as genomic responses as nuclear transcription [7][8][9].
