New Method of Active Power Measurement under the Conditions of Non-Stationary Distortion Signals

Abstract: In this paper, a simplified model of grid signals is established under the conditions of non-stationary distorted signals. Then a new method of active power measurement is presented based on states of power-flow of grid signals and on the wavelet analysis. Finally, a simulation is given to verify the correctness of the method. The method will be to provide the theoretical basis for the development of the electricity metering. It has a practical significance and application prospects in the field of smart grid.
