New PEDOT Derivatives Electrocoated on Silicon Nanowires Protected with ALD Nanometric Alumina for Ultrastable Microsupercapacitors

Abstract: This work deals with electroactive conducting polymers (ECPs) used as a complementary component on purely capacitive silicon nanowires protected by a 3 nm alumina layer.
