Newcomer adjustment during organizational socialization: A meta-analytic review of antecedents, outcomes, and methods.

Abstract: The authors tested a model of antecedents and outcomes of newcomer adjustment using 70 unique samples of newcomers with meta-analytic and path modeling techniques.
