Newcomer adjustment: Examining the role of managers’ perception of newcomer proactive behavior during organizational socialization.

Abstract: Separate streams of organizational socialization research have recognized the importance of (a) newcomer proactivity and (b) manager support in facilitating newcomer adjustment.
