NF-κB and its crosstalk with endoplasmic reticulum stress in atherosclerosis

Abstract: Atherosclerosis (AS) is a common cardiovascular disease with complex pathogenesis, in which multiple pathways and their interweaving regulatory mechanism remain unclear.
