Near Field Communication, being an emerging technology, has become an attractive area of research in academics as well as in industries due to its flooding growth and promising applications like short range contactless communication for mobile phone and other devices alike. In this regard, a proper understanding and direction of current research of NFC is to be perfectly maintained for the advancement of knowledge and to reduce the bridge gap between its basic theory and application practice. In this paper, we have proposed a thorough survey on NFC and discussed it in terms of our own visualization. We have found the problems available in the current technology of major industries like Apple, Google, Paypal and proposed some new thoughts to solve those. We also have analyzed the NFC business ecosystem and current / future market trends. In other words, this holistic review with the objective of bringing to state-of-the-art in NFC design provides development of knowledge in this field with future research directions. INTRODUCTIONIn the present era, the rapid enhanced development and adaptation of IT is following new novel way of doing business significantly. The enhanced interest on ecommerce to perform business related transactions brought huge improvements, mainly in contactless technology. NFC has become one of the shining and promising technological developments in the recent IT market. Near field communication (NFC) is the technology that allows compatible mobile devices to establish radio communication with each other by touching them together or bringing them into a distance max of 10 cm [1]. It extends the ISO 14443 RFID standard [2]. RFID is the technology that communicates through radio waves between the reader and tag. As NFC works on RFID technology, it also needs an NFC reader(able to data transfer with NFC component) and an NFC tag (the RFID tag).

The purpose of this paper is to highlight on the Near Field Communication (NFC) technology trying to raise awareness and knowledge about NFC within information science society and to improve understanding of its functionality and development, as well as to place it into the broader context of existing technologies that we can incorporate it into our universities, libraries, and services. The study is carried out through literature review, data gathering and contacting some information tech companies. This note reflects the advantages of adaptation NFC in the university, campus and library. NFC tries to harmonize today's different activities and make people's lives easier and more convenient. So it is considered an ongoing leap toward ubiquitous computing. Since NFC is a recent technology and the mainstream adoption is not yet obtained with little reports focus on its potential impacts, our comprehensive study is considered a contribution to explore on the impact of NFC technology and applications on the communities of university and digital library.

Effective deployment of near-field wireless power transfer mechanisms requires the concurrent transfer of status and control data between the coupled terminals.The implementation of simultaneous data and power transfer requires an understanding of the interplay between the transfer efficiency and bandwidth. This paper examines the transfer efficiency and bandwidth of links with independently matched circular loop antennas. Three scenarios are investigated. In the first, both paired antennas have the same size. The second and third scenarios deal with bigger and smaller transmit antennas relative to the receive antenna. The results suggest that equalsized antennas provide a higher level of efficiency than with size mismatched antennas. Further, a marginal increase in link bandwidth is observed for the case of a larger transmit antenna relative to the receive antenna.
