Abstract: Niemann-Pick disease (NPD) refers to a group of patients who have varying degrees of lipid storage and foam cell infiltration in tissues, as well as overlapping clinical features, including hepatosplenomegaly, insufficiency pulmonary and/or central nervous system (CNS).
