Abstract: Obesity prevalence in students is increasing and can lead to metabolic syndrome at a young age. The habit of harmful sleeping patterns, night eating syndrome, and excessive sugar-sweetened-beverage consumption can increase the risk of metabolic syndrome in obese students.
