Nine Doctrines of Service Productivity

Abstract: As the difference between service and product in essence, it is of great difficulty to define service productivity in academia and practice and many people have arguments on this issue. Based on a lot of desk research, this research summaries the study of previous literatures,analyzes the concept of service productivity, provides nine doctrines in three categories, and explores the background and defects of each doctrine.
