Abstract:The objective of this study was to analyze the antimicrobial effect of nisin against MRSA (Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus) and MSSA (Methicillin-Sensitive Staphylococcus aureus), and at the same time examine the possibility of the bacteria to develope nisin resistance.
