Abstract:Farmland soil respiration (Rs) significantly impacts the global carbon (C) cycle. Although nitrogen (N) can promote crop growth and increase yields, its relationship with Rs and its constituents, including autotrophic respiration (Ra) and heterotrophic respiration (Rh), remains unclear.
