No Rheum for Air: Mixed Connective Tissue Disease Presenting as Interstitial Lung Fibrosis in a Young Woman

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Interstitial Lung Disease(ILD) is a serious complication of Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder(MTCD) associated with high morbidity and mortality. We describe an unusual case of a young patient presenting with advanced fibrosis at the time of initial diagnosis of MTCD.
