Abstract:Nocardia species are gram-positive, acid-fast, saprophytic, aerobic bacilli, predominantly resulting in opportunistic infections in immunocompromised individuals. Here, we reported a case of Nocardia infection in a 27-year-old woman with normal immunocompetence, who presented as a solitary neoplasm in the left principal bronchus with a chief complaint of postural dyspnea.
