Nocturnal Blood Pressure Dipping is Abolished in Old-Elderly Hospitalized Patients

Abstract: In old-elderly hospitalized patients nocturnal BP fall is abolished. This enhancement of the age related reduction of nocturnal BP dipping may be due to the stress associated with hospital environment.
