Nocturnal Lifestyle Behaviours and Risk of Poor Sleep during Pregnancy

Abstract: The extent to which lifestyle practices at night influence sleep quality in pregnant women remains unknown. This study aimed to examine whether nocturnal behaviours were associated with poor sleep during pregnancy.
