Noise analysis of coaxial Schottky barrier carbon nanotube fets using non equilibrium Green’s function formalism

Abstract: Abstract:The effect of noise on the performance of Schottky Barrier Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistors (SBCNTFETs) has been investigated under various bias conditions.
