Abstract:This paper delves into the nomination overview and its status concerning movable estate only for Muslims and non-Muslims in Malaysia from both Islamic and Civil Law perspectives. Discussions focused on issues revolving around movable property such as the Pilgrimage Fund, Employee Provident Fund (EPF), unit trust and share, takaful and insurance, and pension.
