Abstract

We were highly interested in the article by Touma et al. 1 which demonstrated the predictive effectiveness of the "Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center" (MSKCC) preoperative nomogram in identifying lymph node metastasis in high-grade prostate cancer (PCa) patients who undergo radical prostatectomy. The researchers discovered a highly accurate predictive nomogram for detecting lymph node metastasis, with an area under the curve (AUC) value of 79.0%.
