Abstract:A novel tetraimide‐functionalized non‐alternant π‐conjugated system, namely, benzodifluoranthene tetraimides (BDFTI), has been designed and synthesized through highly efficient UV‐photocyclization of a vinyl‐bridged fluoranthene diimide dimer (i.e., FDI‐V).
