Abstract:The non-centrosymmetric superconductors Li 2 Pd 3 B and Li 2 Pt 3 B show different superconducting properties despite having the same crystal symmetry. Motivated by experimental results, we investigate the spin susceptibility of non-centrosymmetric superconductors accompanied by the topological transition of Fermi surfaces (TTFS) due to antisymmetric spin-orbit coupling (ASOC), which is indicated by the first-principles band structure calculation for Li 2 Pt 3 B. We study three types of topological transition,… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
