Abstract:Non‐Foster networks are those whose reactance has a negative slope with frequency, and can thus overcome bandwidth limitations of many passive systems using their unique impedance and phase properties. These active circuits can be used to provide broadband matching bandwidths for antennas, exceeding passive matching limitations. The design, simulation, and measurement of non‐Foster matched antennas has been presented to show broadband matching bandwidths. A further analysis of the true performance merit of non… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
