Abstract:We report the discovery and biosynthesis of new piperazine alkaloids‒arizonamides, and their derived compounds‒arizolidines, featuring heterobicyclic and spirocyclic isoquinolone skeletons, respectively. Their biosynthetic pathway involves two crucial non‐heme iron enzymes, ParF and ParG, for core skeleton construction.
