Non-pharmacologic Prevention of Surgical Wound Infection

Abstract: Wound infections are serious and relatively common postoperative complications. They are generally detected five to nine days after surgery and are usually attributed, even by surgeons, to poor surgical technique or failure to maintain sterility.
