Abstract:Various non-pharmacological treatment regimens have been developed for people with mild cognitive impairment, but research is lacking regarding whether and how they improve quality of life. This paper reviews published empirical studies and literature reviews. Overall, there is evidence showing that cognitive training, physical exercise, and multi-model programs can improve quality of life in people with mild cognitive impairment.
