Non-School Day Catch-Up Sleep among Pupils in Japan

Abstract: Backgrounds: Weekend catch-up sleep is the difference in sleep duration between the weekend and weekdays, and reflects sleep debt, whose significance is hypothesized to be altered by weekday sleep duration.
