Non-specific low back pain: clinical-and-psychological study

Abstract: The results of clinical-and psychological study of 106 in-patients of neurological ward with acute, sub-acute or chronic low back pain are presented. We studied quality of life, anxiety, depression and correlations between them in subgroups. We conclude that quality of life and ability to work depend on both physical and emotional factors. Additional recommendations are suggested for existing algorithm of management of patients with low back pain.
