Abstract:Objective: The objective of this review article is to analyze the efficacy and safety of non-surgical electromagnetic and thermal therapies in managing chronic lower back pain. The review will focus on modalities such as short-wave therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, and diathermy, assessing their clinical outcomes and practical implications in treating this prevalent condition.
