Abstract: Introduction : Urethroplasty is the gold standard for the management of urethral strictures. For obliterative bulbar strictures longer than 2 cm, excision primary anastomosis (EPA) cannot be optimally performed, and staged urethroplasty is recommended. To minimize multiple interventions, Augmented Anastomotic Urethroplasty (AAU) was developed.
