Abstract:Introduction: Splenic pseudo cysts are extremely uncommon. Most of these cysts are asymptomatic and may result from previous blunt abdominal trauma. We report an interesting uncommon case of a large splenic pseudo cyst without a history of previous abdominal trauma.
