Abstract:The nondynamical M-matrix formalism is applied to the inelastic scattering or to reactions of spin type 1-1-0--> 1 -b 0. It is shown how the parameters of the M-matrix, which contain all dynamical information, can be determined by experiments. There are two M-matrices M+ and M_, one (M+) for the case in which the product of the intrinsic parities of all interacting particles is q-1 and one (M_) where this product is --1. In the case of M_ one can avoid triple scattering parameters to determine fully the M_-mat… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
