Noninvasive brain-computer interface enables communication after brainstem stroke

Abstract: Brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) provide communication that is independent of muscle control, and can be especially important for individuals with severe neuromuscular disease who cannot use standard communication pathways or other assistive technology.
