Nonlinear Quenching of the Radioactivity of Aqueous Solutions of Salts of Nuclides by Laser Ablation of Nanoparticles of Metals

Abstract: Abstract. Laser ablation of metal nanoparticles in a solution containing radioactive nuclides, initiate their transformation into a stable state. This paper presents a brief review of studies of the dissolution of salts of radioactive uranium and cesium, where a significant acceleration of their decay is experimentally observed.
