Nonoperative Management of Neglected Clubfoot- Our Experience

Abstract: BACKGROUND The incidence of congenital talipes equinovarus is approximately one in every 1000 live births. Most cases are sporadic in occurrence. Contractures or anomalies of the soft tissues exert further deforming forces and resist correction of bony deformity and realignment of the joints.
