Abstract: Nonsecretory multiple myeloma is a rare variant of multiple myeloma characterized by the proliferation of clonal plasma cells in the bone marrow. It is difficult to establish an early and accurate diagnosis of nonsecretory multiple myeloma because in nonsecretory myeloma cases, monoclonal immunoglobulin cannot be detected in the serum or urine via electrophoresis.
