Nonstationary footprints of ENSO in the Mekong River Delta hydrology

Abstract: The Mekong River Delta (MRD) is an essential agricultural area for the worldwide rice supply. Floods and droughts triggered by El Niño southern oscillation (ENSO) have been threatening sustenance in the MRD.
